12 Week total transformational program
As part of the 12 week total transformational program, advice and help is available throughout your journal to help you keep on track and to encourage you to increase your level of activity outside of your personal training sessions.
A pedometer will be made available to help you track the number of steps you take daily, whether walking the dog or climbing the stairs.
It is surprising the difference this makes, a weekly work sheet helps you to record and monitor your progress!
Also contained in the journal are illustrations showing you how to warm up, through to easy to follow exercise routines you can safely perform at home.
Will I be able to handle this program?
There is only one prerequisite, complete dedication and commitment to the program. It is challenging and the level of commitment is significant.
For many, this will be the most demanding challenge they will ever experience.
The biggest difference between this program and others is the philosophy behind it.
This program will give you strategies and techniques and the education you need to form a new mind set to take you forward to the next step of your journey.

You can use these or your own recipe books. Choose recipes / ingredients from food groups you have allowances for in your template.
